Who operates Huzzl
Huzzl is operated by Ou2there Solutions (ou2there.com). Contact hello@huzzl.link for support, privacy questions, access or correction requests, and account deletion. Huz is our AI assistant, not a person personally monitoring every interaction.
Information we collect
We process account identifiers, email addresses, authentication and profile information; hustle descriptions, goals, page content, links, uploaded photos, image references and preferences; and information you submit for support. Supabase manages password authentication. External sign-in providers can supply basic identity information; we do not receive your Google or Apple password. Guest drafts may be associated with an anonymous account before signup.
Public pages and visitor requests
Published content is public and may be indexed or copied. Forms collect a visitor’s name, email or phone number, message and optional preferred date. We store that information for the relevant page owner to respond. Page owners are responsible for their own privacy practices and any subsequent use of requests. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and pages, deliver visitor requests, operate requested AI features, enforce allowances, send account and security messages, prevent abuse, provide support and improve the service. We record views, clicks, leads, AI usage and submitted hustle searches, including matching results. Authorized administrators review demand and aggregate usage. Avoid putting unnecessary personal information in hustle searches. Account creation does not itself subscribe you to marketing email.
Optional voice input
Voice input starts only when you choose to speak and allow microphone access. Your browser handles speech recognition and may send audio to its speech service under that provider’s privacy practices. Huzzl does not receive or store audio recordings. You can review or discard the transcript before adding it; text you add is processed like other descriptions you submit.
AI and service providers
Relevant descriptions and page content may be sent to OpenAI when you request AI features or when an unmatched description needs template suggestions. Basic deterministic page generation does not require an AI generation call. Our current Responses API calls use store:false; provider retention still depends on its settings and agreements. Hosting and authentication use Vercel and Supabase. Sign-in, email, bot-protection and payment providers process information when their integrations are enabled. External links, images and embedded services have their own practices. We may disclose information where legally required, to address fraud or security, or in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
Storage and security
The Supabase database is provisioned in Canada. Other providers may process information in other countries. We use access controls and security measures, but no online service guarantees absolute security. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, device/browser information and request logs. Huzzl uses hashed IP-based identifiers for rate limiting; hashing is not a guarantee of anonymity.
Retention
We remove never-published drafts after 30 days without an edit, and visitor inquiries, submitted hustle searches and page-event history after 30 days from collection. Cleanup runs daily, so removal can take up to an additional day. Active accounts and published page content are retained to provide the service. Billing and AI allowance records, security records, legal holds and records needed to resolve disputes may require longer retention. Backups and provider copies follow their respective retention schedules; deleted data may remain there temporarily.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit your pages and choose what you publish. Email hello@huzzl.link to request access, correction or deletion. Account deletion is initially handled by email; we may verify your identity and explain any applicable retention exceptions. For data subsequently held by a page owner, contact that owner too. Deleting information from Huzzl does not remove copies already held by visitors, search engines or other parties.
Cookies and similar technology
We use authentication cookies and browser storage for sign-in, guest-draft recovery and requested features. Third-party sign-in, content and bot-protection services may use their own technologies. Huzzl’s current page analytics record event counts rather than using a separate advertising tracker.
Adult accounts and children’s projects
Account holders must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian must own and manage the account and publishing for a child’s project, using adult contact details. Do not submit or publish a child’s private contact details, school, precise location or other unnecessary identifying information. Contact us if a child’s personal information has been submitted so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
Updates
We will update this page with an effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required for material changes. Contact hello@huzzl.link with questions.
