Agreement and operator
These terms govern Huzzl, operated by Ou2there Solutions (ou2there.com). These terms describe use of Huzzl accounts, pages and publishing. Contact hello@huzzl.link for support or account deletion. If acting for a business, you must have authority to accept these terms for it.
Eligibility and accounts
Account holders must be at least 18. Parents or guardians must own and manage accounts and publishing for children’s projects, using adult contact details. Keep sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate information and tell us if your account is compromised. Do not submit children’s personal information unnecessarily.
Your content
You retain your rights in your content and grant Huzzl permission to host, reproduce, display, format and process it as needed to provide features you request, including processing by our service providers. You are responsible for your copy, images, links, offers and personal-information disclosures, and must have the necessary rights and permissions. Published pages are public and may be indexed, shared or copied. Keep your own copies of important content.
AI assistance
Huz can suggest classifications, wording, themes and improvements. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before publishing, including prices, credentials, claims and contact details. We do not guarantee commercial results or that generated content meets your industry’s requirements. Do not fabricate reviews, impersonate others or make misleading claims.
Requests and transactions
A booking, quote or order submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment, purchase or payment. Page owners and visitors must agree separately on transactions. Page owners are responsible for their products, services, fulfilment, taxes, licenses, customer communications, privacy obligations and transaction refunds. Huzzl does not become the seller merely by hosting a page. External payment, booking and messaging services have their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use Huzzl for illegal activity, fraud, deception, harassment, exploitation, infringement, malware, phishing, unsolicited bulk messaging or unauthorized disclosure of private information. Do not evade limits, access other users’ private data or disrupt the service. Report abuse to hello@huzzl.link. We may restrict misuse to protect users and maintain operations.
Plans and subscriptions
Features and allowances depend on the plan displayed in the service. Basic manual creation and editing do not consume AI-editing allowances; optional AI features may count against them. Where paid subscriptions are available, billing is monthly in USD and renews automatically until cancelled. The checkout will state the price and applicable taxes. Cancel anytime through the available billing controls or contact hello@huzzl.link before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing until then. Unused portions are not refunded except where required by law or for confirmed billing errors. A free account or no-card trial does not authorize a charge. Plan changes can affect available features and public-page limits as disclosed in the service.
Availability and closure
Features and third-party services may change or be interrupted. We provide the service as available, subject to rights that applicable law gives you. You can request account closure and deletion by emailing hello@huzzl.link. State if you also want any paid subscription cancelled. Closure does not cancel separate transactions with page owners or erase copies held by others. We will explain any applicable retention exceptions.
Your legal rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will post updates with their effective date and provide notice or obtain acceptance where required. Contact hello@huzzl.link about concerns or disputes.
